Adventure awaits;
I’m ready for this trip.
Ready to face fate;
I’m now aboard life’s ship.

The Sea is calm now;
Alas, but not for long.
Worry darkens my brow;
The Northern Wind blows strong.

The raging sea beckons,
Calling me to its depths.
Grudgingly I hearken;
Overboard I am swept

The waves are rough and deep;
My life’s fate I repine.
Before in The Sea I sleep:
Someone throw me a lifeline!
